Before your visit: We recommend emailing first to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible, but scheduled appointments receive priority.
If you have veterinary records, medical history, or documentation of existing conditions, bringing these helps us provide better care. Otherwise, just bring your companion and any specific questions you'd like to discuss.
We recommend booking at least one week ahead for most services. Senior animal care and behavioral training often have longer wait times due to demand. Boarding should be reserved several weeks in advance, especially during holiday periods.
We pause immediately and give them time to settle. If stress continues, we'll discuss whether to reschedule or modify our approach. We never force an animal to endure a procedure if they're showing significant distress.
For most services, yes. Some animals actually perform better when their person is present, while others relax more when working one-on-one with our team. We'll assess during the first visit and recommend what works best.
We specialize in dogs and cats, as these require different expertise than other companion animals. If you have a different species, contact us and we can recommend appropriate specialists.
We request 48 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less notice may incur a partial fee, though we make exceptions for genuine emergencies.
